Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your item you may return it to the address on the package.

Please return within 30 days of purchase.

Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Send your package with tracking if you want to be certain that it is delivered.

Processing time & shipping speed

Each item is made to order.

Processing time (the time it takes to create your product) is almost always less than 5 business days but could be up to eight.

Shipping time is in addition processing time.

Products shipped to a US address usually arrive in less than 8 business days.

Products shipped to Canada and Australia usually arrive in about 5 - 10 business days.

Products shipped to other destinations can take up to 20 business days to arrive.
